Course summary

Take your career to the next level with our business Master’s course in Corporate Governance with Company Law. Organisations are increasingly held responsible for their business decisions, and there is an ever-growing focus on ethical behaviours and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Throughout this course you will develop your professional skills and explore the most important concepts in corporate governance and company law frameworks, with a focus on business ethics and the ethical and legal dilemmas surrounding business decision making. Our Master’s in Corporate Governance with Company Law is designed by real world industry experts. You will critically assess business activities and decision-making and its meaning on organisations, governments and worldwide civil society and study the current policies and trends in corporate law. Upon successful completion of this course, you will possess the knowledge and skills to become a competent and effective business manager with a strong understanding of corporate governance, its legal underpinnings, and ethical business decision making.
