This programme seeks to expand your knowledge and understanding of wild animals, their captive management and behaviour, beyond the scope of the Foundation Degree. You will study a range of modules (theoretical with practical application) related to captive management of exotic species. PROGRAMME MODULES → Current Issues in Zoological Management (30 credits) → Zoological Design, Interpretation and Education (30 credits) → Behavioural Ecology (30 credits) → Research Project (30 credits) CAREERS You could work within the zoo industry as an animal keeper, safari park wildlife ranger, education officer, habitat designer, animal trainer, research scientist/assistant, curator, nutritionist or conservationist. There is scope to progress into managerial roles within the zoological industry based on your continued professional development post graduation.
