Standard Qualification Requirements

Minimum Year 2 Entry Requirements HNC - Pass in Hospitality with B in the graded unit. SQA Advanced Higher - BBC. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate also required. A Level - BBB. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate also required. Minimum Year 3 Entry Requirements HND - Pass in Hospitality or Professional Cookery with Grades B at SCQF Level 8 in the graded units.
