Southampton is proud to be ranked Top 5 in the UK for Marketing by the Complete University Guide 2023. We were also the first university in the UK to offer a master’s in marketing analytics. We collaborate with industry leaders who inform the curriculum so you can learn best-practice marketing techniques and the latest research. You'll be taught by world-leading experts in digital marketing and data analytics. You'll learn about new and relevant topics that only a small number of UK analytics degrees offer, like text mining and social media data analysis. You'll be able to learn R and SAS software - valuable for a career in analytics. You could even become a certified SAS Base Programmer upon graduating. How to apply

International applicants

IELTS language requirements: 6.5 overall, with minimum 6.5 in reading and writing and 6.0 in listening and speaking. For information on other accepted English language tests, please see the website.

Entry requirements

A UK bachelor's degree with upper second-class honours or higher (or equivalent overseas qualification approved by the University) in a subject with some element of quantitative or analytical study such as marketing, analytics, economics, engineering, social science, statistics, operations research, management science, information systems, pure science, computer science or similar. Applicants with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
