Led by Real Estate and Planning and the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) Centre, this programme helps to develop advanced financial skills and the ability to apply them in a real estate context. It is fully accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and recognised by the Investment Property Forum (IPF), allowing fast-track membership for students. Entry requirements
Minimum 2:1 in Business and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Sciences or Engineering, or the equivalent from an internationally recognised university. IELTS: 6.5 with no component below 6.0. IELTS with pre-sessional English: 6.5 with no component below 5.5.
