Challenges of Careers Work in HE PGA will provide you with an overview of the wider context in which higher education careers work takes place. You will also gain an insight and understanding into professional, practical, ethical, and policy issues relevant to higher education careers work. Course overview The Challenges of Careers Work in Higher Education Postgraduate Award enables you to develop an overview of the wider context in which higher education careers work takes place. The module is designed to develop reflective practice in CEIGHE focusing on: the student experience; the evolution and current development of higher education; the management of CEIGHE work; roles, organisations and policies; professional ethics, theoretical perspectives and values.

**Minimum requirements** 2:ii in any discipline. If you have alternative qualifications and relevant experience, you are welcome to discuss these with the course team. You must be working in a higher education careers context and able to produce written work of a good standard. **English language requirements** You can find out more about our English language requirements. This course requires the following: - Band A - IELTS overall score of 6.5, minimum component scores not below 6.0. **International qualifications** We welcome applications from students with other internationally recognised qualifications.
