A Brighton Business Management degree prepares you for numerous rewarding career paths, including roles in management, consultancy, marketing, project leadership and entrepreneurship. Business Management at Brighton is taught by our School of Business and Law which is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (ASCSB) – a distinction held by fewer than 6% of business schools worldwide. Our foundation courses are integrated with an honours degree, so you’ll spend a year developing the knowledge and skills needed before you start your degree with us. Successful completion of the foundation means that you can continue with the Business Management BSc(Hons) or choose one of our other business or marketing degrees. Modules
Foundation Year You will complete four modules in your foundation year. You will explore contemporary debates in business and law and develop a strong understanding of their principles. You’ll also gain the transferable skills that are essential for study at degree level and examine the relationship between theory and practice and how this relates to debates and issues in business. Core modules Applied Numeracy and Data Handling Skills Introduction to Wellbeing and Study Success Academic Knowledge for Law and Business Developing Practical Professional Knowledge
