The niche pressures, challenges, and range of external legislation and competition require the managers of organisations in the industry to take responsibility to drive innovation and identify new solutions and new ways of working to be adaptable. The course provides individuals with the opportunity to think about their own leadership approaches and preferences and about the needs of their organisations.
