The BSc Business Psychology degree aims to provide insights that develop students' understanding of the behaviour of people in business and how this can be applied in the organisational context. The programme incorporates knowledge of the human mind and our behaviour as a basis on which to investigate fundamental organisational functions, such as human resource management (including individual and group work behaviour), finance, marketing, and strategy. Students will have the opportunity to prepare themselves to lead and manage in the workplace by developing their knowledge of the key theories and practical approaches to manage people effectively and understand the dynamics of human interaction.
