This BA(Hons) Protective Services course equips you with the professional knowledge and transferable skills to go on to a range of careers in a growing and dynamic sector. Offering a unique programme of study covering a range of protective services the course prepares you for employment not only within the uniformed protectives services, but also for entry to all non-uniformed protective services such as Probation Service, Civil Service, National Offender Management Service (NOMS), National Health Service, Criminal Justice Agencies and Social Services. Our Protective Services programme has a leadership and management strand in order to suit those new to the sector or those aspiring to management roles. The programme prides itself of having excellent employer engagement, industry led opportunities and expert teaching allowing you to gain an insight into how multi-agency partnerships operate with a clear emphasis on technology, inter-disciplinary and multiagency practice and enhanced community engagement.
