Course summary

The BA (Hons) Leadership and Management combines degree-level education alongside professional practice. Students that graduate from this programme will receive the BA (Hons) degree. It is designed to provide students with knowledge, skills and experience in the fundamental practices of leadership and management. Students will study modules that explore and develop these areas and will reflect on their own professional practice through contextualised assessments and practice-based modules. As student’s progress through the course, the focus of teaching and support will progress from introducing students to key concepts and current practice in core management disciplines, to the application of this knowledge in professional practice.
