The BA (Hons) Business (Human Resource Management) (Final Year top-up) is designed as a top-up for holders of the BTEC HND Business (Management), or equivalent, to progress to full undergraduate honours. You will develop skills and understanding specific to Strategic HRM and the role of the HR function in a wide range of organisational contexts. You will also develop a range of transferrable skills that will aid you to pursue a business career or further relevant study.
