Modules
The LBS Sloan curriculum for leaders combines essential knowledge, tailored learning methods for senior executives, comprehensive business experiences and personalised career guidance. Taught over 12 months, your Sloan experience is personalised to suit your needs. Core courses include: Leadership: maximising personal and organisational leadership impact; Strategy: making strategic decisions in a changing world and Business Fundamentals for Global Leaders.
Entry requirements
Candidates will need to demonstrate: competencies in the management of people, processes, budgets, resources or projects at a strategic level; evidence of strategic decision making, accountability and leadership capabilities; a strong motivation for doing the programme; an undergraduate degree; good GMAT score; international exposure; team-working skills; a high standard of written and spoken English, with a TOEFL/IELTS score if applicable. London Business School Sloan students generally have more than 12 years post-graduate work experience.
