LLB (Hons) Law for Business is designed to prepare students for careers where they will be expected to respond to the changing and dynamic nature of legal relations between corporations, individuals, and states. The programme aims to provide an understanding of the legal issues at the heart of business. Students can engage with contemporary legal challenges and have the opportunity to gain experience of providing legal advice through the Lincoln Law Clinic. It is increasingly relevant for graduates who enter the legal profession or into the world of business to have a broad knowledge of a wide range of subjects. This degree aims to provide students who have a particular interest in the law with commercial knowledge and business expertise.

As the options often reflect staff research interests, they may alter over time due to staff availability.
The way students will be assessed on this course will vary for each module. It could include coursework, such as a dissertation or essay, written and practical exams, portfolio development, group work or presentations to name some examples.
