University of Hertfordshire has opted into the TEF and received a Gold award.
The structure of this award winning degree trains the student to combine the vast range of artistic skills and techniques that 2D animation embraces and covers all aspects of the process from character design, to storyboarding, to keyframing, inbetweening and colour, but also mixes this with cutting edge industry skills like digital puppet animation, motion graphics, compositing and 2D game design. Students graduate with the skills that enable them to move between companies and be highly adaptable to the varied demands of the industry.
