The University has particular strengths in policing, criminal justice and criminology and has a vibrant research culture underpinned by the work of Criminal Justice Practice - which supplies applied research, evaluation, consultancy and training to the criminal justice sector on both national and international projects.
A successful thesis will demonstrate an appropriate ability to conduct an original investigation, to test ideas, whether your own or those of others, and to understand the relationship of the topic or theme investigated to a wider field of knowledge.
BA/BSc degree in any subject at 2.1 or above
