The course may include the following subjects: Business Performance & Enterprise, Customer Relationship Marketing, International Tourism & Sustainability, Leadership and Personal Development Skills, Restaurant and Events Operations, The Event and Festival Industry, Research Skills, Staging Events, The Hospitality & Tourism Customer Experience, Managing people, Sustainable Festival and Events Management, Promoting Events, Conferences, Exhibitions and Festivals
