Course summary
This course has been designed in response to the rapidly expanding discipline of managing events and festivals. The events of today are fast becoming a range of activities that vary enormously in terms of scale and diversity from local weddings to international sporting occasions. The nature of festivals has also undergone considerable change in recent years from historically being associated with specific dates to being an opportunity for a community to develop and share their culture and therefore generate increased business and employment.
