Learn how to become an organisation’s best asset by successfully coordinating people, projects and resources. Develop your ability to plan and head effective and sustainable projects. Apply leading project management practices and influence positive change for businesses and society. Learn how to navigate change processes and align teams to your vision, overcoming resistance to see projects succeed from start to finish. You can also put theory into practice with an optional placement year. Modules

During your first year you will study core modules that will help build the foundation of your knowledge. You will start to build your leadership capabilities and develop an understanding of the global business environment, organisational culture, business growth, marketing and enterprise. During your second and final year you will develop your strategic management skills. There will be opportunities to work with businesses on strategic initiatives, develop your knowledge of people and operations management, as well as fully understand financial decision making.
