Course summary
Our BA (Hons) Business with Human Resource Management degree, explores the theoretical and practical aspects of HR. You will learn the key disciplines of human resource management through a unique blend of modules including Operations Management and Human Resource Development. The course is part of the flexible business and management programme, which offers you a number of benefits and opportunities including working on bespoke projects with a real industry partner. Within the penultimate years of the course, you will be able to tailor your study to your own interests and career aspirations and have the opportunity to participate in short term management and enterprise projects. We are continually evolving our course portfolio in response to global changes, therefore the name of this course and its exit award have changed from BA (Hons) Management with Human Resource Management to BA (Hons) Business with Human Resource Management.

Entry requirements for advanced entry (i.e. into Year 2 and beyond)
A relevant HNC or HND from one of our partner colleges will be considered for entry into Year 2 or 3. Students entering Year 3 of the course will follow the class based taught route as an alternative to a placement in Year 3. All other applicants who are interested in applying for advanced entry will be considered on an individual basis.
