This course is designed for both students either working in early years or school provision to continue your studies after completing Level 3. It is aimed at those already supporting teaching as Teaching Assistants and Early Years Practitioners within a nursery provision to enhance practice in the workplace. The course is a sector-endorsed and accredited programme for professional development specifically designed to develop personal understanding, knowledge and skills of education in a wider context.
