The BA (Hons) Human Resource Management and Psychology degree has been designed to equip you with the skills to analyse the behaviour of people at an individual level and to apply this influence of psychology to the business environment. If you want to learning how to get the best out of people, then studying psychology alongside HR is the perfect pathway. You will learn how to put the understanding of people at the heart of how a business can achieve success at an organisational level, and begin to understand patterns of behaviour and how to navigate English employment and contract law. You will be able to apply what you have learned to a variety of real-life situations, preparing you to take your transferable skills into your career.
