The BA (Hons) Human Resource Management and Psychology degree has been designed to equip you with the skills to analyse the behaviour of people at an individual level and to apply this influence of psychology to the business environment. If you want to learning how to get the best out of people, then studying psychology alongside HR is the perfect pathway. You will learn how to put the understanding of people at the heart of how a business can achieve success at an organisational level, and begin to understand patterns of behaviour and how to navigate English employment and contract law. This Human Resource Management and Psychology degree has standard entry requirements. To be eligible for this course through the standard entry requirements you must have either: Two subjects at GCE A level or equivalent, plus passes at grade C or above in three subjects at GCSE level or equivalent; or Completed a recognised Access Programme or equivalent.
