Research supervision available in the following areas: Business history; clinical education and legal practice; conflicts and transition; contract and commercial; corporate governance; corporate law; corporate law theory; counter terrorism; criminal law; employment law; environmental law; EU law, financial regulation; gender; housing law; human rights; insurance; law and history/legal history; medical law, law and health; property law; public and constitutional law; sociology and philosophy of law; tort law; trust law; welfare and social care. We also welcome proposals for supervised research MPhil/PhD degrees.
