Course overview: This FdA in hospitality and tourism management gives you an academic qualification and experience in a vocational and academic environment. You take part in seminars and lectures to build your theoretical knowledge, while also completing practical sessions, masterclasses and study trips to industry standard facilities. Core and optional modules allow you to develop your knowledge and are designed to give you a progressive understanding of hospitality and tourism management. Qualification requirements

For entry to year one: Level 3 qualifications (including A Levels, Diploma, NVQ or equivalent) in a travel and tourism or business management related subject. For entry to year two: 120 credits at level 4 in a hospitality/tourism qualification, or equivalent. Alternatively, entry may be possible via Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
