The BA (Hons) Liberal Studies (Political Science)offers a thorough grounding in the main theoretical concepts used in the field. You will also be introduced to the political institutions and cultures of many different countries. Through combining theory and practice you will develop analytical skills which will assist them in solving problems, understanding complex issues and develop policies. You will develop a wide and deep knowledge about the complexity of the political world and how to approach it as well as learn how to formulate arguments with examples drawn from contemporary events as well as academic theory You will have opportunities to participate in and attend conferences, as well as take part in the Model United Nations.
