Course summary

The MSc Management (Finance) programme at Swansea University is designed for students who are interested in finance or a finance career but who do not want to take a full Accounting and Finance degree. You’ll pursue modules on advanced finance topics such as the principles of corporate finance and managing financial resources. You will also learn about management in an interconnected global community as well as core management concepts such as operations management, human resource management and marketing management to give you a solid grounding in a range of dynamic business principles. Accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the only chartered professional body in the UK dedicated to promoting the highest standards in management and leadership excellence, the course is open to students from any discipline who would like to work in business or management. Once you have graduated you will receive a CMI level 7 certificate. We know it’s a competitive world out there. Entry requirements

A 2:2 (or overseas equivalent) in an undergraduate degree that has included a range of modules in accounting/finance or quantitative/statistical methods. This need not necessarily be a degree with accounting or finance in the title. English language requirement IELTS 6.0 (minimum of 5.5 in each component) or Swansea University recognised equivalent.
