Assessment is by course work and written exams which take place at the end of the semester in which the module is taught.

Entry requirements

A bachelor degree with a 2:1 (hons) in a subject containing biology and chemistry content. A bachelor degree with a 2:2 (hons) will be considered for candidates with food related work experience and/or research experience. For more information, please contact the Admissions Team.
