Course summary
Our Digital Media Production course focuses on new and emerging commercial and creative industries such as video streaming, podcasting, social media, and interactive technologies. The course nurtures the development of technological, creative, and storytelling skills. The course has been design with industry to offer real world opportunities to inform the learning journey and improve carer prospects. The course is well suited to those that want to develop a carer in social media and content creation. Key forms of media that students will work with include photography, video, interactive, sound, and design. With fantastic opportunities to work on independent and client led projects students will develop their portfolio along side industry specialists. Our students are referred to as professionals in training and will have a range of external networking opportunities throughout their course. These include attending events, guest lectures, placements, live projects, and the chance to study abroad.

Assessment method
Our assessments are all based on course work. There are no exams. Most work will be based on producing work to a set brief. There are also project pitches, self reflection reports, and industry reviews. The work you produce will be by informed by industry standards and allow you to measure yourself against your own ambitions. Work will also students to amass a portfolio of production work, experience, contacts, and references.
