BA (Hons) Bespoke Tailoring will teach you design, pattern drafting and tailoring, together with academic, research, industry awareness and presentation skills. The course has extensive links with Savile Row, the home of bespoke tailoring, as well as with bespoke tailors in the West End and Soho. What can you expect? BA (Hons) Bespoke Tailoring students learn the skills of design, pattern drafting and tailoring, together with academic, research, industry awareness and presentation skills. This balance ensures that our graduates are fully equipped to take up a number of employment options within the industry. The opportunity for students to showcase work in a variety of industry related areas is a great benefit to students on this course. Recent projects with the industry have included ""Casual Bespoke"" with Timothy Everest and ""Reinventing the Tuxedo"" with Henry Poole. BA (Hons) Bespoke Tailoring students have also exhibited their work on Reinventing the Privy Counsellor’s Coatee in Kensington Palace. London College of Fashion undergraduate courses develop your personal and professional skills. On this course you will develop skills in your discipline until you are an independent creative thinker. Your skills will make you capable of making an effective contribution to this sector of the fashion industry. We embed Personal and Professional Development (PPD) skills in all units on every course. Speaker programmes with contributions from alumni and members of industry are a part of many courses. We encourage graduates who wish to continue their education at postgraduate level to progress to suitable courses within the College, the University or elsewhere. Many graduates prefer to seek employment as soon as they have completed their undergraduate studies. Recent graduates from this course have worked at bespoke tailors including Timothy Everest, John Pearse, Norton & Sons and Henry Poole & Co. They have worked with fashion companies including Burberry and Aquascutum and with the costumier, Angels. This course is based at Mare Street in Hackney, east London. East London has been dubbed the centre of British fashion. It’s where the old meets the new, where the night comes to life, where you can eat almost anything you like and find some of the capital’s best shops. The London College of Fashion (LCF) Mare Street site is now renowned for housing our jewellery, MA Fashion Futures and tailoring courses, alongside LCF’s Centre for Fashion Enterprise. Additional fee information

The Home fee is correct for entry in autumn 2025 and may increase for entry in autumn 2026. Please note that this fee is subject to the passing of secondary legislation approving a fee cap of £9,535. In the event this is not passed the tuition fee would be £9,250. Please check the fees and funding section of your course page on our website for more information: www.arts.ac.uk/courses. Tuition fees may increase in future years for new and continuing students. The International fee is correct for entry in autumn 2025 and is subject to change for entry in autumn 2026.
