The industry recognised HNC in Construction is the ideal route for trades and services persons, thinking about advancing their career into the professional sector of Construction. Assessment method
You will study the Construction industry and built environment sector including the industry’s processes, developing up to date knowledge through a range of credit weighted modules. You'll also use the knowledge you've gained studying the completed modules to complete a final project. Current innovations and technologies including modern methods of construction and digital process management BIM (building information modelling), as well as an emphasis on the significance of the sustainability agenda as it relates to the built environment sector.
