The BSc Hons Culinary Arts Management combines practical culinary skills with theory to meet the needs of the specialist food management industry. Practical modules are delivered in the realistic work environment of the 'Taste of Ulster' award-winning Academy restaurant and kitchens. Our main focus is to produce graduates who are work-ready and many of our past students have progressed on to successful careers across a number of sectors.

English language requirements for international applicants The minimum requirement for this course is Academic IELTS 6.0 with no band score less than 5.5.
