Assessment method

Combination of coursework, online discussions and a presentation. The university has a policy of using the Blackboard web-based virtual learning environment to complement face-to-face tuition.

Entry requirements

Honours Degree (min 2.2) in any subject (inc. Quantity Surveying graduates) Third Class degree/ Ordinary Degree with minimum of 5 yrs level experience in a relevant managerial or professional occupation. Higher Diploma or equivalent with 10 yrs snr level managerial experience - (lower qualif + extensive relevant non-managerial exp should be referred to the department)
