This course is primarily aimed at international students looking to progress into a career in training, human resource development in a wide range of international organisations in the education, voluntary or commercial sectors. Why Education, Human Resource Development and Training?

This course represents the final year of an undergraduate degree. You will normally have a HND or overseas equivalents (two years post baccalaureate) or successful completion of a foundation degree with 120 ECTS credits (or equivalent). Each application will be considered on an individual basis.
