In an on-demand society, efficiency is everything. Discover how to command the supply chain and structure profitable businesses. Buying low in one place and selling high in another requires swift and efficient delivery. But logistics is about much more than that. How do we manage production across different locations? How can we limit delays to increase profitability? You’ll explore questions like these as you study this business and management with logistics and supply chain management course. As well as looking into business law and ethics, you’ll explore logistics. We’ll expose how the competitiveness between businesses is dependent on the supply chain. You’ll develop a solid understanding of the fundamentals of business, accounting, economics and marketing. These are the areas that are essential to a company’s success. The opportunity to start your own business will allow you to build vital industry contacts. You’ll also be eligible for exemptions from the education requirements for Chartered Membership of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT).

Assessment method
Throughout the programme there is a combination of different forms of assessment to test intellectual development, vocational capability and critical thinking. Coursework involves individual and group-based activities, case studies and problem-solving exercises. Examinations take a variety of forms, using both seen and unseen questions.

Qualification requirements
If you have a minimum of two A Levels (or equivalent), there is no maximum number of qualifications that we will accept UCAS points from. This includes additional qualifications such as Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), AS Levels that haven’t been continued to A Level, and General Studies AS or A Level awards.
