You'll develop the practical skills and knowledge in programming, maths and engineering that will get you off to a flying start when you move onto BSc (Hons) Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) in your second year. This course is aimed at students who are interested and inspired by the new AI technologies and want to work to become a leader in meeting the challenges posed by AI and big data. This course will support students with a broad range of skills required to work in the field of AI - including machine learning, natural language processing, problem solving and other cognitive techniques, as well as an understanding of the professional and ethical considerations that surround AI.
