Law and Management at Kent offers you the opportunity to study the foundations of law alongside compulsory and optional modules in Management (taught by Kent Business School). Overview You learn and think about the operation, scope and role of law within society – understanding the way the law shapes and is shaped by morality, public perception, politics and world events. Studying Management you will develop an understanding of the role and interrelationship between strategic management, human resource management and operations management. Our research-led teaching encourages you to take a critical view of the law, engaging with the latest research undertaken by expert academics. Our diverse, international community of staff and students provides a dynamic and engaging environment to gain the professional legal skills and knowledge you need to change the world we live in.
