Heriot-Watt University has opted into the TEF and received a Silver award.
This degree joins the IBML programmes in French, German and Spanish. It is an exciting new venture which will give our students the opportunity not only to learn Chinese but also to study in China for a year in a Chinese-language partner higher education institution. Students can also opt to study a second language (at post-Higher level) during their first year – those that do will then have a choice of language pathway available to them at the start of their second year.
