This programme is a progression pathway for students who have completed a level 5 HND Business or FdA Management programme at UCNL and validated by The University of Lincoln. Our programme is tailored for current and aspiring managers, as well as technical specialists with managerial responsibilities. It equips participants with essential skills to manage effectively in the workplace, enhancing their managerial and leadership capabilities. We have flexible study options for students who can choose between two convenient study schedules:

  • Two full days per week (09:00am-15:00pm)
  • Two late afternoon/evening sessions per week (4:00pm-9:00pm)
The programme spans two semesters per academic year that run from September to January and from January to June.   • Business Strategy (15 credits)
  • Enterprise and Innovation (30 credits)

  • Supply Chain and Logistics (15 credits)

  • Contemporary Leadership Issues (30 credits)

Assessment method

The primary way of delivering this programme is face to face via lectures and seminars and these run across two days or two evenings per week. The academic year consists of two 15-week semesters that run from September to January and from January to June. Assessment methods include a range of assignments, presentations, group projects and integrated workplace projects.
