Modules

Stage 1 Your first year is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in the understanding of management and related functions, such as marketing, financial management and aspects of global management. Stage 2 Your second year allows you to develop your critical thinking of international business with greater emphasis on the key concepts and theories to develop intellectual agility and provides an opportunity to apply theory to practice. You will have a choice of optional modules, allowing you to focus on areas you wish to explore such as diversity, marketing research and consultancy. Year Abroad: The Year Abroad is an amazing opportunity giving you the chance to develop personally, academically, and professionally. You will spend a year between Stages 2 and 3 studying at one of our partner universities in Europe or Asia gaining a new academic perspective and experiencing a different culture. Stage 3 Your final year offers you flexibility around your interests and prepares you to take up leading roles in the innovative world of organisation. You will take a mixture of compulsory and optional modules focusing on people management, and an optional module from our wider KBS portfolio of business-related topics. You can also decide to change course pathways before you start stage 3 if your passion has changed along the way.
