Course details: If you have a higher national diploma, foundation degree or equivalent qualification in tourism or leisure (or something similar), and want to top it up to a full degree, this is the course for you. With this extra year of study, you gain a BA (Hons) International Tourism Management degree and develop an analytical and critical approach to work, and transferable skills which are greatly valued by employers. Modules are taught via lectures, seminars, practical workshops and group work. Teaching staff also adopt a range of web-based technologies to deliver module and programme content in order to assess, provide feedback and communicate with students. After the course: Graduates from this programme are well placed to find employment in a wide range of business and tourism, management and administrative jobs, both in the UK and overseas.
