Course summary

This MSc in Management will provide you with an innovative, rigorous and intellectually stimulating study of the theory and practice of Business Management. With a unique vocational focus, you will be equipped with the key skills to develop into a cutting-edge leader, capable of positively impacting business organisations. The course covers academic as well as practical and contemporary aspects of Business Administration, enabling you to enhance your career prospects in modern, post-pandemic business organisations. You'll also be able to build on your own work and entrepreneurship experience, implementing the skills and knowledge you gain in the classroom in your workplaces and own businesses in ‘real time’. This course aims to produce graduates that can work effectively in the key functional areas of any type of organisation, be it for profit organisations, governments, institutions or charities. We aim to provide you with a 21st Century technology-advanced educational experience where there are no hidden costs. Your tuition fees are fully inclusive – finance will not be a barrier to your ultimate success. You do not need any work experience to be admitted to our MSc Management course.

Modules

Level 7: You will complete the following two 30-credit modules in Term 1 of Year 1:

  • Strategy and Leadership in Practice
  • Critical Issues in International Business Management
You will complete two of the following 30-credit option modules in Term 2 of Year 1:
  • Leading Strategic Management Projects
  • Contemporary Human Resource Management
  • Innovation and Entrepreneurship
  • Strategic Marketing Management
You will complete the following 60-credit module either in Term 3 of Year 1, or (if you want to work or take a break during Term 3 of Year 1) you can extend your studies and complete it in Term 1 of Year 2:
  • Final MBA Project

We aim to provide all the support you need to make sure you have the confidence and understanding to engage with your assessments. Entry requirements

Applicants require minimum 2:2 (lower second class) honours degree in any subject from a UK university, or equivalent qualification. We also accept a broad range of international qualifications. Work experience is not required. Applicants for whom English is a second language require IELTS at 6 (minimum 5.5 in each skill sub-set). Alternatively, you can take our English Password Skills Solo Test that we provide free-of-charge to all international applicants.
