Geography addresses the key issues of today and tomorrow. At Birmingham you can study the full breadth of the subject – from migration and urban and social shifts to natural hazards and global environmental change. Our Geography programme is among the most flexible anywhere, so if you are interested in both human and physical geography, you can pick and choose your modules to focus on the human side, physical side or the interactions between the two. This four-year MSci programme provides an opportunity for you to follow your interests in Geography more comprehensively, and to develop key skills for career development.

Welsh Baccalaureate - Advanced Skills Challenge Certificate (first teaching September 2015) Accepted in place of a non-required A level with the equivalent grade.
Cambridge International Pre-U Certificate - Principal Accepted in place of A levels with the following grade equivalencies: D2 = A*; D3 = A; M2 = B. Combinations of A levels and Principle subjects are accepted. NB required subjects must be offered (see A level Section)
