Course summary

This business degree is designed for people with busy lives who are looking to combine work or other responsibilities with studying for a degree. If you’re employed, have other commitments during your week, or are just looking for a slightly different degree structure, this CMI-accredited course could be for you. Unlike our other business courses, this course’s classes are fitted into a single full day each week, with classes taking place on campus. Also, unlike our other courses, you’ll study a single module at a time over each 8-week block of the academic year. Beyond your classes, additional learning and support will be provided online. You'll explore the fundamentals of business management, learning about leadership and management skills, and applying the knowledge learnt in your various modules to real-world and simulated business situations. With a focus on practical leadership and management skills, this programme prepares you for a successful career in the business world. The transferable skills you'll gain will boost your employability and generate new opportunities to build successful careers as a business manager or to start your own business. Popular careers for business management and leadership graduates include business management roles in the private, public, and voluntary sectors in large companies, SMEs, start-ups, social enterprises, and charities.
