Summary Our blended, part-time Accelerator MBA (London) has been created for those early to mid-career, who have high potential and are looking for a programme to give them the tools to match their ambition and make an immediate impact. With learning taking place both online and at WBS London, The Shard, this dynamic programme will accelerate your progression, giving you the knowledge, skills and confidence to reach your leadership and management potential. Course overview Our Accelerator MBA consists of eight required modules, four elective modules of your choice (including one overseas module), and you’ll have the option to undertake either a strategic consulting project or dissertation. You also have the opportunity to specialise your MBA in Healthcare, Social and Environmental Sustainability, or Entrepreneurship. We know that balancing work and study whilst trying to progress can be tricky, and so our programme uses a mix of online and in-person learning to support you to do both. 80% of your course will take place at our base in The Shard, with 20% taking place online. To help you realise your full potential, you’ll also benefit from access to our industry-leading CareersPlus team before you arrive, throughout your studies and far beyond the completion of your MBA. We’ll provide you with the support needed to reach your individual career goals, through a blend of online and in-person interventions, from workshops, to coaching, and online resources. Entry requirements
You’ll need at least three years' professional work experience. We don't require management experience, but you should be able to demonstrate progression within your career and a desire to move into management and leadership. Academic record - You should have a 2:1 at undergraduate level from a UK university or the equivalent from an overseas university. We also welcome applications from candidates who do not have the academic qualifications but are exceptional, with a proven ability to achieve. English language requirements: You can find out more about our English language requirements. This course requires the following: IELTS (Academic) overall score of 7.0. All four languages elements have to be scored 6.0+, with maximum of two language components at lowest level 6.0 or 6.5. International qualifications: We welcome applications from students with other internationally recognised qualifications.
