The foundation year Sport Performance and Coaching is a new course developed in accordance with industry requirements. The course has developed by a range of sport performance experts from areas such as; performance physiology, sports nutrition, sport coaching and strength and conditioning. The course aims to provide you with the experience, knowledge and skills to equip you for undergraduate study.

Qualification requirements
Applicants who do not have Level 3 (A-level or equivalent) qualifications, can be considered on an individual basis provided that you have 5 GCSEs at grade 4 / C or above including English and Mathematics plus two years relevant work experience. Your application will be considered on an individual basis and the application is reviewed as a whole, which includes previous and predicted qualifications, experience, reference and Personal statement that outlines your motivation to study the course.
