Are you a problem solver? Would you like to fix real-world problems? Our electrical and electronic engineering course prepares you to do just that. We’ll help you build a solid understanding of core engineering principles. At the same time, you’ll immerse yourself into the detail of power delivery mechanisms, computer-aided engineering, applied industrial engineering and electrical machinery. Together, we’ll push boundaries by exploiting advances in antennas and radio wave propagation, computing technologies and power electronics. Our dedicated teaching staff will support you every step of the way. Through lectures, seminars, and practical exercises, you’ll debate and discuss big questions. You’ll also share ideas and find solutions. Out in society, your technical skills are greatly needed. You’ll bring your expertise to bear on a wide range of problems. You’ll graduate with the ability to manage, design, and develop systems in a huge range of industries around the globe.
Please visit our website for information on available modules.
You will be assessed through a combination of practical exercises, reports, essays, presentations and examinations. We want you to develop the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, therefore assessment includes both of these forms, though the emphasis is strongly on individual work.
