The Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) from York St John University (YSJ) will support the progression and development of existing and aspiring managers, or provide the opportunity to inject fresh skills and enterprise by recruiting new talent into trainee schemes. This programme is aligned to the Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship standard, designed by employers in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). By integrating academic learning with on-the-job practical training, this apprenticeship enables aspiring managers to develop confidence, capability and independence. It is suitable for employees in the private, public or third sector and all sizes of organisations. Specific job roles may include; Team Leaders, Supervisors, Operations Managers; or anyone with specific management responsibilities. There are also two different options available - CMDA 2-year Accredited Entry route CMDA 3 year route.
