Course summary

The Computing Generalist MSc course gives graduates from any discipline a route into Computer Science and related careers. This programme gives students the widest choice of topics and modules to support a general interest in the application of computing to their original discipline. Students will cover both foundational theory and practical skills to allow them to appropriately exploit computer technology. The theme of professionalism and ethics for computing is also represented to allow students to understand concerns and make appropriate choices in their onward practice. All of the modules are supported by teaching from recognised experts in their fields.


Entry requirements

A recognised undergraduate degree at Third class minimum, or international equivalent.
