Modules

Students following the LLM Commercial, Banking and Finance programme study one compulsory module, Introduction to Legal Research, plus a minimum of three of their five optional modules from a specific selection that has typically included: Banking Law; International Trade Law and Policy; Company Law; Financing of Environment and Energy; Financing of International Trade; International Commercial Dispute Resolution


Entry requirements

Applicants should have a good Honours degree in law, or a degree in another discipline augmented with a pass in the Common Professional Examination.
