Course summary
This course allows students to enhance their understanding of managing projects for construction professionals in both practice and client organisations, helping to support them in their professional capacity to contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects. The course is intended for architects, surveyors, services engineers, civil engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and existing project managers who wish to formalise their training on the client and supply side.
Modules
Project management principles; BIM in design co-ordination; BIM in construction operation; sustainability in the built environment; managerial finance for the built environment; construction procurement; construction project management practice; construction contract law; dissertation.

Entry requirements
1st degree of 2.2 or above in a related subject, or substantial relevant experience. You are also required to complete a personal statement for the January entry to this programme.
